Here’s what you need to know about getting your patch:To get the Queensland patch, you’ll need to pay a $75 application fee (a small print note tells you this is an application fee).
If you need more information, the Queensland Department of Health website has a number of information about the patch.
To order the patch online, you need your social security number, email address, and contact details.
If you are not registered as a patient with the Queensland health service, you must register online, then send your application fee, and some details of your social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) to the Queensland Human Services Department.
You can also request that your name be removed from online records if you do not have a valid email address.
You must register for the patch on or before the 24th of each month.
