Polygon’s 2017 roundup takes a look at the best games of 2017, focusing on the top five games released in the year, which are the biggest, most complex and/or longest-running.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is an immersive, open world RPG that offers many of the best elements of the Witcher franchise.
It has a rich and unique world that’s easy to get lost in.
The graphics are gorgeous, and it’s a joy to explore.
The soundtrack is also top-notch, and there’s a fantastic story to uncover.
Shadowrun Returns is a brilliant sci-fi sandbox game that is a delight to play and a blast to look at.
It’s also one of the most popular games in the genre, and the game is available on Steam for $20.
Super Meat Boy is a surprisingly charming and interesting puzzle game that features some of the more complex puzzles in the history of the genre.
The game’s voice acting is amazing, and you can find it on iOS, Android and Windows.
The story is told from the perspective of a young man named James, who must work as a lab technician to find and destroy a deadly virus, as well as a secret group of evil robots.
It’s a shame that Super Meat Boy’s story is so short, but I love that it has such a strong character and interesting plot.
It feels like it’s been designed for a long time, and while the story is short, it does provide a lot of gameplay and depth.
I can’t wait for next year.
